Good Haircuts / Great Prices. I used to go to a barber in a small town and when I moved to Nashville, I bounced around from place to place. Then, a friend told me about Great Clips. You don't need an appointment and I have had a couple of stylists there who have both done a good job cutting my hair and they are friendly as well. The place is clean and convenient and most of all the Price is Right.

Outstanding Hair Salon. I have been going to this Great Clips for a long time. I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. I have asked the Stylists to do several different types of cuts and have always been pleased with the results. The price is right too!

Shocking how unprofessional some places are!. Well, let's start off by saying that I should have walked right outside when I first went inside. The guy looked like he never washes his hair let alone cuts it so that was my mistake. I told him I wanted my hair to be thinned out, shortened, didn't want my scalp to be showing, I wanted it short but long enough I could throw some gel on it and play around with my hair. He did nothing I asked him to do, lefted my hair "unfinished", called me a criminal by saying I was there for a freebie, the other person in the shob refused to do my hair for unknown reasons, when threatened to be turned in for bad business practices (meaning I was going to talk to his boss and I am sure he/she wouldn't like to know that the business was being ran that way when he/she was gone. VERY rude people, I will never spend any money at that place again in my life. I did not enjoy the customer service I got there and went to a Great Clips in Cool Springs on Moores Ln, in front of Publix. They took care of the mistakes, even washed my hair, didn't charge me even though I was willing to pay, and when trying to contact to other store they basically got attitude from them as well. Guess they feel they don't own the place and if things don't go their way when the boss isn't there we will treat things how we want to treat things. All in all. Do not go to Great Clips on White Bridge.
