A local institution for families

We grew up in the Sumner/Puyallup area, but have since moved a couple hours away. I vividly remember having dinner at KC's during childhood, probably because they used to be in an actual caboose. Unfortunately, they had to move to their current location after a burglary and arson. During a regular family visit we had breakfast at KC's Caboose. The cheese and mushroom omelet was great. Not greasy. It was fluffly and tasty. Husband had the biscuits and gravy. He said it was one of the best in a long time. The owners and waitress were very friendly.
