Owner Stages Positive Reviews

It appears the owner of this facility has staged reviews on Citysearch. 38 nearly identical 5-star reviews over a 5 month period for a small auto mechanic. I could give away the cure for cancer and not get that kind of feedback.
Many of the “reviewers” of this Midas have posted similar reviews of the same businesses (such as Around The Clock Plumbing and Snell Plumbing & Heating) indicating that these were likely posted by a third-party such as Reputation Defender.
Long-story short, this business does not act ethically. In my negative experiences, the owner does not have time for customers that experience issues with the work performed and instructs managers to refuse refunds. There are recent Better Business Bureau complaints against this place, one of which the business did not even bother to respond to. Prospective customers should also check with the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection which also has complaints filed against this business and other Midas locations such as Bethesda which are also owned by the same franchisee.

Place to Go

Had to get my brake pads replaced, so I came here because a friend recommended it, and he was right. This is definitely the place to go. Quick service and great work. Can't beat it.
