An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain.. In Short Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.
True authentic italian food. Excellent service. Good parking. Very busy on weekend evenings, but worth the wait. A little pricey for the amount of food. This is the only part that is not authentic. In Italy, you get way more food than you can eat.
Great place to eat anytime.
Carrabbas has a great unique atmosphere. Its great to go out as a couple or bring the family. The service is the best around, and the food is fantastic. It is by far my favorite resturant. My favorite meal is the Filet Marsala, it is the most tender cut of meat and topped with amazing marsala wine sauce. The servers and managers always make you feel like you are very important to them. Heres a tip, want to get in and not wait 2 hours? Use their call ahead seating (it's great you may have to wait a little bit, but the food is so good they go on 2 hour waits on the weekends) you can call in days in advanced to put your name on the list.
