Great all away round.. We were visiting from Wisconsin at the Embassy march 17 through 20. We ate there twice. It was the best sirlion tips and mushrooms. Also orderd a chef salad and wings. Which we also good. I have eaten there before and this is the one place I eat everytime I go. I cant wait till next year.

dont waste your time. so, we tried ordering online. after an hour and half, we called. NO ANSWER!! this was 2 hrs before they were supposed to close. the website had nothing to offer. this was our first time using them and I can tell you, we will NEVER find our what they taste like. I mean really, if your online ordering isn't working...how bout a message or something. Again, if the online isn't working, how about adding a message when people call....oh wait...they don't answer the phone either. Don't waste your time.

Did not answer phone!. Tried for 15 min to place order and the phone never got answer. Heard the food was good but I will never know.

GREAT dlivery and food!. While on extended stay at Centennial Women's Hospital, my husband and I were looking for decent places to deliver to avoid eating hospital food 3 times a day. Off The Grill is our favorite, by far! The food is always hot and very, very good. Delivery is quick, too. We have been pleased every time we order. They got the order somewhat wrong once but it was still very tasty and we enjoyed it anyway :)

Awesome service!. Estimated delivery time was 1hr but they delivered in half that. The food was still hot and the ribeye steak, fries, rolls, and cheesecake was all great! I was pleasantly surprised with Off the Grill's service.

unreliable delivery. don't order online - i called to check on my food after an hour had passed, and they said they didn't even GET my order until 45 minutes after i placed it online. after that, it took another hour for it to arrive. by that point i was starving and in a bad mood. might be better to call or just go pick it up yourself.

on the bright side, when i got my food, the order was correct, and it was very tasty.

This chain restaurant has a small dining room, but it specializes in takeout and delivery. Located between Vanderbilt University and downtown Nashville, this is one of the busiest spots in town during weekday lunchtime. The menu includes a rib eye steak hero sandwich, eight-ounce cut of filet mignon and a loaded baked potato with cheese, bacon and sour cream. Specialty salads are also available, as well as a kids menu that includes mini-corn dogs.

Don't get it delivered!. I gave them ONE more chance. They said 45 minutes. I waited 1 1/2 hours. I called she said it was on the way. 10minutes later the delivery driver called saying he couldn't find my place (they have my address and delivered here twice) I repeated the address. 10more minutes later I called them back. The lady said they were delivering it so I got mad and she put me on hold. Much to my surpirse the DELIVERY DRIVER picked the phone up asked me where I was located. 2 Hours later I asked if the burger would be new since the one that wasn't delivered had to be cold, soggy. He said it would take ANOTHER 45 minutes and it MIGHT NOT be warm? He just said should he cancel my order? YES! . I live ON 2nd AVE. In a cab its 45seconds to Broadway. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible staff, not recommended.. I checked before I ordered to make sure they delivered to my house, and they told me they did. I placed the order and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be here, they called back to tell me that they don't deliver here. Now it's 10:20 and I'm starving. Way to go, Off The Grill.

OFF THE GRILL ON BROADWAY - NOT IMPRESSIVE. After an hour and a half of being lied to and sitting on hold debating whether or not there is delivery to my home (3 minutes from downtown), I get my order and half of it is missing!!

I am upset b/c:

Hostess told me there was delivery

Then I was told there wasnt

I asked for a manager, and after sitting on hold, hostess comes back p[osing as a manager

I finally get my food and attach a complaint to the back of my recepit, and the delivery boy calls me to tell me he can't give ti to the manager b/c he doesn't want the hostess to get in trouble

On top of all of this; MY SALAD IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER!!
