Best chinese food around!!!. Every dish I have ever tried there is great! They have a full bar and good deserts as well. The only problem I have experienced is that the place is very busy. If you don't have a reservation you will be waiting. Also once in a while service takes a hit due to them being so busy but they are usually quick to make up for it with free desert or discounts.

Worst Service Ever. My husband and I went out to PF Changs a couple of nights ago for dinner. We have been there several times and have enjoyed the food and the service was exceptable. The other night when we went the service was absolutely horrible. We had our three year old daughter with us and because of that I expect that the server be a little more consientious of how long they make us wait to be greeted and to take our order. We sat for about five minutes before our server even came and greeted us (and in that time frame the manager walked by us and looked at us several times, not once coming over and seeing if we had been greeted yet). Finally she came and took our drink order. My husband and I both ordered something from the bar as well as asking for water and my daughter got a chocolate milk. It took another good five minutes to bring our drinks and she brought no water. Then she disappeared for another 20 minutes. We sat there ready to order for 20 minutes. Again the manager walked past us several times without stopping, servers and other staff walked past us several times without stopping. Then when she finally did come back she told us that someone else was going to be taking care of us and she took our order. We found out from the other server that it was only because she wanted to go home, not because she had given us poor service. Unfortunately we will probably not return for a long time. The lack of attentiveness to guests needs by all parties was inexcusable.
