No pain control!!

I have never in my life needed pain medicine for anything. I went in with a massive infection--per Dr Bison, the denist, I have been going there for many years and never had any issues with my teeth. I had a very painful infection and was prescribed antibiotics!! I had to beg for pain medicine and then I only recieved Ibprofen. I have never asked for pain pills in all the years I had been going there but when you have an infection I think pain medicine is a given until the antibiotics have time to work. If you just need routine cleanings and check ups it's the place for you. If you have any issues you might want to consider a better denist.

RUDEST ORTHODONTIST EVER!!!!!!!

I moved to Orlando from Palm Bay, FL a few months ago, and I needed to go to an orthodontist to check up on my retainers. Usually its hard to find an orthodontist that takes "transfers", but when I asked the hygenist at the dentist's office she said it would be okay.

About a month passes (I was there in March, had my appointment in April) and I arrive for my 1:00 appointment at about 12:50 (just to make sure I was on time). It is now 1:30 (people are coming and going and I'm still sitting there!) and I decide to get up and ask the receptionist why I havent been let inside yet. She, in a very rude way, tells me that the doctor cant "just kick his patient out". I know that! But that doesnt mean leave one standing out there half an hour past their appointment!

So I decide to be a little more patient and wait, and finally at 1:45 I am called in. The hygenist sits me down and immediately leaves again. Five minutes later, she returns with the doctor, who walks in, says "Sorry, we dont take transfers" and walks out!!!! Without spending FIVE SECONDS!!!! I was like "I waited here for 45 minutes PAST my appointment time, which I have had for over a month, and NOW you tell me you dont take transfers??", but by the time I finished my sentence I was by myself in the room because everyone had left!! If you are going to see a dentist, fine, theyre nice. But the orthodonist is an A-HOLE!!!!! He refused to apologize after my family and I complained (we have 5 that go there). Words cannot express how much hate I feel!!!!

• Pros: NOTHING!!!!!!!
• Cons: Kept me waiting WAY past my appointment, rude staff and even ruder doctor with no consideration for patients!!
