Overpriced, Poor Handling (Damaged TV)

Good Customer Service, however, they are overpriced (approx. $400-$500 LABOR only) and they dropped either the tv or the case (they said it was the case) when they returned it.
I don't know how well they fix the tv as I only got an estimate, but 2 stars for poor handling & outrageous price but decent cs.
