Peggy's on County Line (Race Track Rd). The customer service is unexpected from a "pub". Very chatty & genuine bartenders. Great food, consistent with the Palm Harbor location. Every time I go in the owner has done something new to create that special atmosphere that the original location has. Outside seating available, they just added flat screens outside as well. Great pub, great food, daily drink specials. 2-4-1 apps on Tuesday, 2-4-1 drinks for hospitality all the time -

An old bank building is a romantic setting for downtown Palm Harbor's most sophisticated special-occasion dining.. In Short
Think something old, something new: The restaurant's historic setting is the backdrop for a menu that is the height of contemporary, blending vital Floribbean flavors with Mediterranean lushness and California chic. An elegant date-night crowd sips from the stellar wine list while choosing between blue cornmeal-dusted shrimp (sauteed with tequila-lime-garlic-tomato butter) and black sesame tuna with cucumber wasabi sauce.

Eric's New World Bistro. Eric continues to come up with excellent entree selections and great service in a romantic atmosphere.

Great place for "date night" or special event!

Nice romantic dinner. We went to Eric's during December and it was a very nice date night. They have a large Christmas tree up wiht soft lighting which makes the antique interior even more intimate. Thier antipasto was very good - beef tips, salmon and shrip were the three items offered for the tasting. Their wilted spinach salad was delicious with the pecans and sundried cherry tomatoes. The entrees were really good as well. We had the shrimp tuscany which was delicious and the chevre (goat cheese) stuffed chicken breast . The menu also says they will do whatever you need to have your meal Atkins friendly or whatever else health concerns you may have. Overall it was a very nice evening and we will go back again.
