Really Gone Down Hill. Been going there for a few years.....chicken seems to get smaller and smaller! The last time I was there the girl at the drive thru over charged me. I told her about it, she did it AGAIN! Then another girl said she corrected everything......as it turns out I was over charged $5.00.

Well, that's better than the $32.66 they originally charged me for a 10 piece box of chicken! I called corporate, lots of talk, no help........I STILL have the over charge on my account!!! Won't be going back to El Rip Off Loco!
