Really Gone Down Hill.
Been going there for a few years.....chicken seems to get smaller and smaller! The last time I was there the girl at the drive thru over charged me. I told her about it, she did it AGAIN! Then another girl said she corrected everything......as it turns out I was over charged $5.00.
Well, that's better than the $32.66 they originally charged me for a 10 piece box of chicken! I called corporate, lots of talk, no help........I STILL have the over charge on my account!!! Won't be going back to El Rip Off Loco!
Mexican fast-food chain serves up authentic citrus-marinated chicken and a variety of burritos and pollo bowls.. In Short This restaurant's first roadside chicken stand opened up in Guasave, Mexico in 1975. A family-inspired recipe of chicken marinated in herbs, spices and citrus juices was an overnight success and the Mexican chain opened its first American location in Los Angeles in 1980. Ever since, customers have been devouring the house specialty--zesty flame-grilled chicken served with tortillas and fresh salsa. Other menu options include pollo bowls (rice and chicken), salads and quesadillas.
