Lack of Attention – At first, I thought having a bar & grill connected to the hotel would be a nice convenience. I deposited my luggage and walked down the hallway for a meal. I stood by the hostess stand for 5 minutes. That's all that happened. No one greeted me or waved or even so much as looked my way. Back in my room, an hour later, I decided to give them a second chance. I called to order carry out. No one even answered the phone. It rang and rang and rang. What a horrible experience.
Don't do it! – We arrived to the restaurant around 7 p.m. expecting to dine at Bennigan's, one of my favorite restaurants in college but unfortunately it happened to turn into the All American Bar & Grill. The word "bar" was enough to entice my boyfriend so we decided to make due. The wait staff were extremely slow and sloppily dressed. Drinks were weak and took a very long time. For an appetizer we ordered the buffalo wings which were supposedly homemade, but ended up falling flat and boring. For the main course I ordered a caesar salad with a steak topper, ordered medium. The steak came cooked to f*** and the dressing was runny like the cook sneezed a couple dozen times on it. Joshua ordered chicken marsala, which was under seasoned and overpriced. The twice baked potato as a side came out minutes later after the food and was cold in the center. We did end up getting a free round of drinks but still didn't compensate for the lazy staff and overpriced food, skip this one folks!
