Do not trust this company! They came, spent 20 minutes, charged me $207 to tell me my compressor was out and I needed a $4500+ entire new unit. Got a second opinion and found out they had removed the capacitor from my unit and took it with them. This made getting an opinion from another company difficult (which I am sure was the idea!).

When I called & demanded my capacitor back, I was given one that was not from my unit. They also gave me two different stories as to why I had to replace my entire unit and not just the compressor. Stories turned out to be false. I will never do business with Fowler again!

Always get the job done. I have been going to Fowler since they opened. They have always done great work for us...from installs to replacements to small repairs. I have no complaints, it has always been a great experience and they always get the job done!

Reliable Marion Company. I had Fowler Heating & Cooling put in a new furnace in my house, and they did an excellent job. Got the job done on time, and got the job done right the first time. Pricing was fair compared to the other places we got quotes from around Marion. Happy with what they did for us.

The only heating/ cooling place I will go to in Marion. We have used Fowler Heating and Cooling to clean the heat pump at our house as well as for some a/c maintenance. The service technician was amazing, he cam out during a holiday weekend to fix our a/c unit, which we were very grateful for. I was really blown away by the customer service. They are the only heating and cooling place I will go to in Marion.

Most Considerate Service. My new furnace was put in by Randy at Fowler and he is the best. He was so considerate when entering my home and he made sure to do everything so efficiently to not interrupt my schedule. All my thanks go to Randy for his great work.- Dale-

Great New Air Conditioner. I have had Fowler Heating and Cooling come to fix my old air conditioner a couple times before I decided to buy an entirely new cooling system from them this year. They were great they came right in, installed it, and picked up any mess. They got it right the first time. I don't know what we have done this summer without our new air conditioner.- Pam R.
