Tips for The Dock

Management was terrible. Bruce Parrish , the manager of the Docks was completely rude to our table. We had issues with the service and were basically told to suck it up. We also had to eat our meal listening to him "bad mouth" other restaurants on the beach. I guess he doesn't like the Sandshaker for some reason. We just wanted a nice weekend in florida and ended up regretting going to the Docks. We'll try Orange beach next time.

Never Going Back Here. The BLT's were barely passable as a sandwich. The service was extremely slow. To add insult to injury, we were chased by a dude on a scooter insisting that we return to pay our bill, which we already had. I think they should be 100% certain before making such accusations and insulting paying customers, who left a good tip without complaint, in spite of the poor food and service. I tried contacting a manager both by phone and in writing and have gotten no response. I only gave this one star because I was required to. My actual rating is zero.

The Dock Rocks. The night life of the Dock is pretty cool lots of good folks just having fun and enjoying life. the weekends are a blast too! So you gotta go to the Dock and have a ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy jason who runs the scooters is cool too! he takes care of his customers!
