Most unprofessional company I have ever encountered and I hope noone will use this company for a wedding

This Company is horrible! Rented a white stretch limo for my wedding and the day of the wedding someone called my parents home (duh they are at the wedding) saying that they cannot find the church(my mom gave VERY detailed instructions previously and of course she heard this message after she got home from the wedding, she also had given them her cell phone number for the day of mishaps). Anyhow what showed up at the church late was some kind of bus(looked like a keenage bus) not the white stretch limo we had contracted. IT was horribly loud and totally humiliating, the driver was dressed in a T-shirt and cut off shorts. My mother was mortified when she saw and heard this bus thing however I had to continue the day as planned using the crappy bus...inside it was even worse, the bus was dirty........champaign glasses were dirty, mine had a fruit fly stuck to the inside, the lights in the thing were busted out and the driver drove way too fast causing the bridal party and me the bride to spill champaign on dresses. Anyhow I contacted the company after all this took place and the owner was very unprofessional, she ended up telling my to F off and hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the B B B which the owner never responded to. I have to say this was the worst thing that happened to me for my wedding and I would never want anyone else to have to experience this!

• Cons: late for wedding, unprofessional attire, not the vehicle I agreed to upon contract and poor driving skills
