AMAZING, BEST JEWELER IVE EVER BEEN TOO!. I went into AE Jewelers in oshkosh the other day to look at engagement rings and get some custom work done for my mother. They greeted me when i can in gave me a couple free cookies and a pepsi and talked with me in a very welcoming matter. Im a drummer in a metal band and i dont come off the most presentable but they treated me like everyone else... which i dont get to often. I would recommend AE Jewelers to anyone i know!

TERRIBLE PEOPLE - STAY AWAY. These people are CROOKS!! Stay as far away as you can! My fiance and I were dealing with them on an engagement ring. They claim and always have claimed to offer layaway. After putting my previous wedding ring and $1000 down for a total down of $5000 they told us they were not interested in doing layaway. After we had already had it set up for 3 months and forked over our property and money. We of course chose not to do business with these people. They are refusing to return our money! It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. We have been dealing with the store owner, Rich. You would think an owner would have some sense to conduct himself in a fair, professional dignified way - not these guys! I have also read another review where a gentleman utilized there layaway program and was promised a flat screen TV upon final payment. Well - surprise surprise after he paid them all of his hard earned money, Rich the owner, renegotiated and didnt give him the TV. These people are total snakes NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Take your money to a dignified jeweler with a name you can depend on. Someone that will stand behind their policies and their word. AE jewelers has been the worst retail experience I have ever encountered in my life. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. Do your WEB RESEARCH there are NUMEROUS BAD REVIEWS ON THESE PEOPLE. Please be wise and go to a jeweler you can trust! AE Jewelers are ruthless, untrustworthy scoundrels! Take your money elsewhere.
