The Caribbean-Dells connection might not logically click, but that doesn't cut down on the fun at this sprawling, loud spot.. The Scene
On the surface, the thought of a Caribbean reggae-themed joint smack in the middle of Wisconsin Dells makes little to no sense. But, this place is a party--it's loud and colorful and just plain fun. The main bar and dining room are downstairs, while upstairs you'll find another bar and video games. Step through the dining room to an outside seating area and play area--with everything from a sandbox for the kids to a beach volleyball court.

The Food
Get adventurous and start off with the Gator Bites appetizer. Yes, it's really alligator and yes, it really does taste somewhat like chicken. The long menu centers around fish, chicken and pork. A sure-fire bet is to get the large Big Kahuna plate, which features jerk chicken, jerk pork and jerk grouper--all grilled and covered in the not-too-spicy jerk sauce, Steaks, pasta and even some Mexican dishes round out the menu.
