They lost a good customer with there lack of customer service.
That was it? I am done with this place! It floored me that she was talking to me about her employee?s wages when the problem was my order not getting to my house? and this all really bugged me since I had placed delivery orders under $10 many times before they never had a problem with it before and I always gave the guys a $5 tip for the drive!
I work in a pretty high end salon and have to have great customer service skills people make mistakes but it is the way you act or treat people that can redeem you from the situation or have it pan out like this. I am not a crazy person who just leaves bad feedback but I am so frustrated and in disbelief about this situation that I want others to be warned about this place. I have had other small things happen too like really greasy friend rice one time, the pork lo mein basically being pork fat lo mein and once going in and taking a seat and waiting 10 mins for a waiter when one saw me walk in and sit down. I over looked this because most of the time the food and people were pleasant, but this phone call is my last straw with this place.
