Cebu's Menu Exquisite. I found this small out of the way stripmall restaurant while looking for lunch in the Hawks Prairie area. The polynesian fair is presented so artfully it seems a shame to eat it. However the aroma will soon entice you to overcome your inhibitions. The dishes are exotic and seem more likely to be found in a high-priced restaurant on the top floor of a towering building. The flavors are strong, the colors bright, and portions substantial. There are lots of chili-laden dishes with creamy sauces and chicken, pork, and beef, served over noodles or rice. The soups are big enough for two people. My advice; try one of the Sunday buffets, and save room for dessert. Make sure you have plenty of time for your meal though. What the service lacks in speed it makes up for in friendliness.…
