One word, awful. Spend the extra time and drive somewhere else if you're looking to buy a bike. You'll save money in the long run and keep your sanity too.

the prices of the dealer are very high. My husband was going to purchase a motorcycle from them but due to price and service he went somewhere else. They are not willing to deal at all. Not friendly and the cutomer service is not there. Better to buy on line than there.
