Best on the beach!. I've stayed once in one of the Parlor Suites. Beautiful rooms, EXTREMELY comfortable beds, and an extremely wonderful view of the ocean. Relax to the flame from the gas fireplace or relax in the oversize jacuzzi style tub. These rooms are superb! The granola is wonderful for breakfast. I recommend the planked salmon and cheesecake any day. The staff is always very friendly. If you're looking to have a meeting, this is the place to go for a quiet destination. Only 2 1/2 hours - 3 hours from the airports in Sea Tac and Portland. I recommend a getaway at the Quinault Beach Resort to anyone who asks.

Outstanding value in Ocean Shores. My wife and I stayed at the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino during the holidays and we had a great experience. Our room was very spacious, clean with nice decor, a fireplace and a tiny balcony that offered a view of the stormy Pacific Ocean.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach so we could just walk out the door and across the boardwalk to the sand dunes and water. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly giving us an ocean view room. The restaurants were very good and we enjoyed the bargain-priced "sunset dinner" in Emily's restaurant. Very luxurious and delicious for a small price! The next night, we tried the sushi bar off the lobby. Although it is small, the sushi bar was Seattle-quality with very fresh array of seafood choices. Afterward, we observed the entertainment in the Ocean Lounge, which was standard casino fare -- classic rock, country and jazz, but free.

The Las Veagas-style casino is ok as casinos go, with friendly staff and a good ventilation system. You can still smoke in a tribal casino. The trip was really affordable and made a nice getaway from the city -- it's only three hours from Seattle. It's a top value in Ocean Shores where the other hotels are like Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inns. You can't go wrong at Quinault Beach. It would be good if you have kids, since there is a big indoor pool and video arcade. Better yet, take the entire family.

valentine's day. I stayed here for Valentine's Day and my boyfriend and I were treated to many upgrades, comps and such. The woman and the front desk was very helpful and tried to even call local restaurants to make us reservations when the hotel restauant (Emily's) was booked. The casino was not crowded but still had all the good games and fun. The only con was the food. We ordered room service (apple crisp and ice cream sundae) and it took twice as long as they said it would take to arrive. When we finally got our food it was hardly edible. Later we ate dinner and the house salads we creative and yummy. I had a Super Salty chicken sandwich (not good) Although my boyfiend had the best fish and chips. The next morning we ate breakfast and I would expect better choices and better taste from denny's.
