Avoid at all costs!. I strongly caution business owners against utilizing the services of IPA. They are very savvy salespeople and convince you that you are not "committed" to your business if you don't hire them and that they will show you how you can actually afford their exorbitant fees. They rush you into a hiring decision (you can't wait - you have to be committed to change!) and before you know it, you've spent a fortune just for them to tell you what they can do for you. We spent tens of thousands of dollars to enlist their help with reorganizing our small family-owned business and in the end all we were really left with was a bill for tens of thousands of dollars and little else. Despite their repeated offers to call them anytime with any questions or concerns after their services concluded, we have had no luck getting them to return our calls. My suggestion is to save the thousands of dollars on their services and purchase (and read!) a good book on small business management - you'll learn just as much and you will not go bankrupt in the process! I hope at least one person will learn from our very costly mistake.…
