Exceptional!!! Muy Bien!!!

El Jimador has been one of my favorite restaurants in the Central MO area since they opened. I can always count on a good meal at a good price. I can also count on going out of there with a smile on my face, not only from the good food in my belly but the fun atmosphere and friendly staff. They always have smiles on their faces and love to have fun with the customers. A very good choice for authentic food, authentic atmosphere at a good price!

On a regular basis, whether its busy or not you get your food within 10 minutes or less. Their portions are more than enough and are very reasonably priced.

- Cons: Uncomfortable booths
