This was a pain-free experience in comparison with another experience of car-buying at a different Toyota dealership. Everything was explained well and I never felt pressured into buying something I did not want. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I only came in for a price on a 2012 Toyota Corolla and ended up getting a great price on the vehicle so I purchased it. Brandon was very nice. We were able to negotiate a fair price and they gave me a great trade in price for my previous vehicle. Thanks so much Brandon!

We had been looking at the Rav4 for months and were thinking of trading in our Honda Civic for something a little bigger but still with decent gas milage. The Rav4 seemed to be just what we were looking for to fit our needs. We traded in the Civic for what we thought was a very reasonable price and decided to try leasing for the first time with the Rav4. Pete was very friendly and professional and helped us to reach this decision for our family. We were very pleased with the experience and will definitely shop at Shelor Toyota in the future. I ordered a Scion FR-S from Mark back in February, several months before delivery. He was very nice and kept me updated every step of the way while I waited for the car to come out. Everything was very professional and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This has by far been the best dealership I have ever worked with. Everyone who worked there was not only respectful, but also very knowledgeable when it came to deciding which vehicle would be the best fit. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any prospective buyers.

Danny was very helpful with the purchase of my Prius. He was willing to look up any questions for me and was even able to knock some money off of the price of the vehicle. He returned my phone calls very promptly. He made the experience very enjoyable.

Scott was extremely friendly and helpful. If he didn't know something, he would find the information and get back to us...promptly. He has made us feel that we can call him any time if we have a question or issue about our new Highlander. His follow up is superior. We would most certainly recommend Scott to friends and we would most certainly return to him if we were to buy again.

Last Saturday morning, I placed a call
to 5 area dealers to help me find a dark gray Toyota Sequoia -- with a specific wishlist of features. I indicated on my call -- that I was ready to buy it as soon as they could locate the vehicle and that I needed it before the end of the month.
Julia Kolis at Shelor Toyota called me back within 30 minutes and had found me the car within 24 hours. (I never received a call back from any other dealer).
Shelor was willing to negotiate a good deal as well as financing. The car was ready for me to pick up within 4 days. Julia stayed late on a Friday evening to be sure I could have the car as soon as possible.
Overall -- great customer service experience -- and I love my 2012 Toyota Sequoia.

I recently came to Shelor to look at SUV's. I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesman, Corey Harris. Corey was incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous in ensuring that my wife and I knew the different features of each SUV and that we would not only find the best automobile for us, but the one that fit us the best. Corey informed my wife and I that RAV4's currently had 0% financing. With his help, we found the perfect SUV for us, and at a great monthly price that satisfied us both. This car buying trip was advantageous primarily to the customer. This taught me a valuable lesson; that I will be buying all of my automobiles from Shelor Motor Mile and Corey Harris.
