Sales staff at Jewelers the best. I seldom shop in a jewelry store so I was a little uncertain what to ask to expect. J. F. Kruise was recommended to me by a friend.

I had a classring to sell, several worn wedding bands I was considering reworked into a new band, a family ring evaluated, and an old pocket watched cleaned and evaluated and new prongs put on my own ring as well.

I met several staff and had the owner/manager come over and welcome me. The first person I met, was helpful in the decision making about remaking the wedding band. I am very happy with what she suggested. She referred to others in the areas she wasn't as qualified for when it came to the watch and evaluating the stones on the family ring. the staff was very professional and friendly. I look forward to seeing my ring finished.

BEST Jewelers!. J.F. Kruse is by far the best Jewelers out there! They are very professional and personable. You will not find this kind of service anywhere else. Nothing beats a local business like this one. J.F Kruse goes above and beyond for their customers. One of my favorite thing about J.F. Kruse is that they do all their servicing in-house, so no sending your jewelry out for weeks on end to who knows where! I highly recommend J.F. Kruse to everyone I know.

Excellent Customer Service!. The customer service at J.F. Kruse Jewelers is outstanding! Very knowledgeable, but not high-pressure. You can browse and ask as many questions as you need to without feeling like you are bothering them.

They also were very gentle in cutting a ring off of my very swollen, very painful jammed finger :)

LOVE!!!. J.F. Kruse was recommended to me by a co-worker after she had went to have a new wedding ring customized for her. My now fiance' and I went first in early July to look around. We spoke with the owner of the store about the origin of the store and why they choose to conduct business the way they do. He even recommended checking out other jewelery stores to see if I could compare with them. Needless to say, there was nothing out there that compared to what I saw at J.F. Kruse.

In Sept, we went to the store, and after 2+ hours of shopping, discussing, tears, and smiles, we picked out my ring. It is absolutely gorgeous and unique and everything I have ever dreamed of. We will be purchasing my fiance's ring from there (they have these great camo rings) and any further jewelry purchases will most definitely be at J.F. Kruse. They were absolutely amazing!!! You will NOT ever be sorry that you went there!

Nicest designers to work with. I live in Wisconsin, I have been working with Lisa, one of J. F. Kruse's designers. She has been very nice to work with long distance via email, making several changes to design the ring of my dreams that joins my wedding set with my mothers. Worth the three hour drive to work with their designers!

Exceptional service, great peaple, beautiful jewlery!. I've always liked jewlery but it wasn't till my mom started working for JF Kruse that I started to love jewlery! The people she works with are heart warming. It's great when you walk into a store and people greet you by name. Where you can wear sweats and they'd treat you the same as if you had a thousand dollar suit on. Being able to see the things they can do for customers is never ending. The custom designs they can make, the unique styles they carry and the prices. My mom, Lisa Ambrosch custom designs pieces and the first time I had the opportunity to help her it was unbelievable! The amount of time and work they put into each piece makes that piece mean so much more! I highly recommend JF Kruse for any of your jewlery needs. I've never been dissapointed with my jewlery, its one of a kind and beautiful. My favorite jeweler in town!. My wife and I love jewelry, we are very particular with our jewelry and we like something that is unique, has style and is different. JF Kruse has a wonderful design team that takes care of my wife and I every time we want something created, and they do it quickly and it’s affordable. They always have new styles, they keep up on the trends, and always run fun and interactive events for their customers to get a good deal on jewelry and diamonds. Without a doubt I would highly recommend you check out JF Kruse, you will be pleasantly surprised at what they have to offer in designs and customer service!
