Inept Stylist Lisa K.. Not only is she slow, but she makes you wait anywhere from 15-30 before she brings you back to the chair. She claims to have years of experience however, she has to ask stylist around to help her. She made me wait for an hour with damped hair on a chair by myself while she finished up another client. She completely forgot about me until the Stylist next to her asked if I was her client. It was about 20mins to close when she replied by "Yes, but I'm almost done with her". Clearly, she was not. She only wanted to trim my hair to save herself time, however I scheduled my appointment for a haircut. She's slow, rude, and careless. I'm never going back to her again!! I don't recommend you do either.

inept stylist, beautiful salon. this stylist pulled my hair, burnt my neck and rushed through my cut in 10 minutes -- mediocre point cutting and layering. would not return. my complaint through the salon's web site promised a response -- after one week, no response.
