Can't get orders correct & rude to boot. Even if you don't do any substitutions on your sandwich, they will still get it wrong half the time. And if you go thru the drivethru window, it's almost guaranteed they'll get your order wrong in some way. And when you go back for a correction, which I've had to do 3 times in the past month, the employee did not apologize, but instead acted like I was a b**ch for complaining. Of all the drive-thru fast food places in Midland, this Jimmy John's has the most annoying, disrespectful and rude employees. This is such a shame, because their sandwiches are pretty good. But I'm done with them... I go right next door to Taco Bell where they have the best service in the area. When they make a mistake, which isn't often, they are apologetic, and usually give you something FREE for your trouble of having to go back thru the drive-thru, something Jimmy Johns NEVER does. Unless you count getting attitude for free a plus....
