They made my wedding gown search very enjoyable. Two months before the wedding I started to slowly meet the entire alternations department. They were very accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. The night of our wedding I received a million compliments on my gown and veil. I felt like a princess and I owe it all to Volle's. I recommend Volle's to anyone who is looking for their dream wedding gown. It has been a pleasure being an extremely satisfied customer.
You Can't Beat the Customer Service!. I bought my wedding dress from here over a year ago and now...my best friend is buying her dream dress for a wedding that is in less than six months! They called the manufacturer and have such a wonderful relationship with them, that the dress will come in by January AND be cut to my friends measurements! Another place we went to said they couldn't do it (maybe they wouldn't!). We received wonderful services from Katie (sales woman) and Deanna (one of the owners)! The price for both of our dresses was less then anyplace we had looked. They have been nothing but helpful and kind to everyone involved......YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
A family who cares and knows their wedding business. Wonderful experience at this boutique!. We are so excited to have found our gown for our daughters wedding in May 2009. Volles has always been on my list of boutique's to visit when Carly was ready to walk down the aisle. Friends of ours have always spoken about this unique shop where lots and lots of wedding gowns can be seen. The appointment booking lady which took our call was inviting and kind. Our sales lady was incredible. Alice was her name. She knew so much about fit, and proper styling for Carly. We did buy from her. Let me tell you this, Carly wanted to buy on the internet. Our friends daughter did this! What a nightmare. The dress quality she received was cheap, poor fitting and a total waste of money. It was the picture that caught her on the net, not the quality of fabric and construction. I saw the dress! Trusting a long time standing retailer that has owners daily operating the floor, was essential for our buying decision. Volles Boutique was all of that and much more. Volles Bridal Boutique married 3 daughters of ours!. This was our last daughter to purchase from Volles Bridal Boutique. We have been coming to this boutique for 17 years. We love the owners Volle, Deanna and regulars, Carol (25 years on staff), Mae (the incredible receptionist of 16 years) and Theresa( the finest seamstress on the planet). Each time we have purchased, the experience from beginning to end was wonderful. The selection of gowns are enormous and unique. Other shops we would go too but always came back because of selection, value and service. Take it from a mother of 3, go to this store to experience shopping. Lucy P. Chicago
The Worst Bridal Shop Ever! Absolutely Horrible Service! Never go there!.
Volle's might have some nice wedding gowns, but the services are absolute disaster! Because of 5hrs distance, I got promised to do only 2fittings before finish the dress. But, I got absolutely ignored for my 2nd fitting. Even though I had an appointment, I couldn't even see my seamstress, and the dress was smaller than my size 0 even it started with size 8. On 3rd time, my fiance confirmed three times that the dress is ready to be picked up, but it was not even close to finish. All the decoration bids were still messy. So, I and my fiance had to make 4th trip to pick it up, and we started to argue about horrible services with the owner because of unpaid $54 balance over $2000 dress which already paid.
As whole team, the owners didn't disappoint us. They started to argue about how good deal the dress was since it was from the sale corner(I wouldn't even consider buying the dress if it was not on sale. Simply, it is out of question since I couldn't afford it!), how beautiful the dress looks now (I never complained about the look of the dress, if I had a problem about the look, I wouldn't buy it), it is me and my fiance?s fault since we do not remember the names of the staffs who lied to us (I didn't know whenever I go shopping, I have to write down the names of workers because they are all liars), and how horrible my fiance is to argue about the dress in front of bride(If they didn't mistreat me, my fiance would not argue at the first place, plus I am the bride who start arguing. As far as I know, no matter whether you're bride or groom or no one, you can complain about their services, and that's called CONSUMER'S RIGHT). I certainly didn't spend $2000 for this kind of terrible services & mistreatment, however, these absolute asses didn't even think about apology. I didn't want to waste my precious time with any more of those lame excuses and ridiculous arguments. My fiance and I paid the balance, and we came out of the store with one promise. NEVER GO THERE!
