Awful Service

I took my car in for a bad thermostat. That didnt work. Then they told me it would cost $850 to replace the cooling fan and relay. I wanted to get a second opinion because of the cost. The owner called me back to tell me that he would do the job for $650 but again i declined. He called a second time to tell me he could do it for $250 with a generic fan. Because of the price i went ahead and did it. BIG MISTAKE!!! The fan was too small and he didnt even put the relay in. I went back when it was still overheating and he told me it would be another $180 to put the relay in. He never told me that the 250 didnt include it. He put it in for free when i got upset, but it was done so poorly that i purchased different parts and went back to ask if he could put those in since all the trouble. He told me that he gave me the option of doing it right or wrong. HE KNEW HE WAS DOING IT WRONG DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GUY YOULL REGRET IT JUST LIKE ME!!!!

WELL FIRST OF ALL LETS START BY SAYING THAT I HATE GOING TO GET MY CAR FIXED. BUT I REALLY NEED TO FIND SOMEWHERE I TRUSTED AND RELIABLE SO I SEARCHED AROUND VARIOUS PLACES AND THEN FOUND HUDSONVILLE MUFFLER ABD BRAKES. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CLEAN LOBBY AND THE FRIENDLY SERVICE AND THE PRICES WERE GREAT ALSO ALMOST HALF THE COMPETITORS PRICES. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM!

- Cons: 58 HOURS OF OPERATION ISNT LONG ENOUGH!!!!
