Great Service. Great deal at Rockenbach Chevrolet! I went in on black friday and bought two cars from them. A new Silverado for me and a new Tahoe for my wife. The whole thing was great. They gave me the $6000 off of the price and gave us 0% interest. I talked to the general manager and asked about some of the review on the web. He had a great response. He said that there are a lot of dealerships that don't like the way Rockenbach Chevrolet discounts there vehicles and every time a happy customer post a review of what a great experience they had the other dealers write a bad review. I asked about not returning customers keys, because this did not happen to me. He said the manager always returns the keys to a customers for their trade. I really enjoyed our experience at Rockenbach Chevrolet and intend on returning. As for lilfitzy330 I think you must work at a car dealership, because they did honor the price and never kept our keys. Our experience was nothing like you described.
THANK YOU ROCKENBACH CHEVROLET. I went to Rockenbach Chevrolet to get a $99 car on black Friday. I was shocked to see how nice these cars were. They had about 15 cars that were very clean and appeard to run great. I got my $99 car and took it to my mechanic. He was shocked to hear about my purchase for $99. I really needed a vehicle badly. Thank you Rockenbach Chevrolet for selling me a vehicle and being honest. I will send all my family to see you. My sales person Jorge Miranda was a very nice person and did not try to talk me into any other car. He listened and understood.
YOU NEED TO BUY FROM ROCKENBACH CHEVROLET.
I would recommend Rockenbach Chevrolet to all my family and friends. I shopped a few dealers to get a great deal for BLACK FRIDAY. Rockenbach Chevrolet was packed with customers. You would have thought they were giving away cars for free. Well anyway I looked at the new Chevrolet Cruze and thought they would think I was crazy for even thinking about a new car. I was told I had to buy used by the other dealers. The other dealerships told me what I could buy, but I was not happy with what they told me to buy. I did get a free $50 gift card from the other dealer, but that was all. When I pulled up to Rockenbach Chevrolet I told them what I wanted and they showed it to me. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was able to meet the general manager Mike Fullmer, who by the way looks like John Cusak. It was a little weird. The deal was better than any dealer I had shopped at. If you want to buy a car you want go see Mike Fullmer.
DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Found a truck on website, called - verified price only to be told that that WAS NOT the price. Then the 3 condesending Managers had a pow wow and then treated me with arrogance and disrespect. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER - BAIT AND SWITCH!! Wasted my whole day as I drove hours and was there almost half a day. They ARE LIARS
Just Say No! Expectations of "Used Car" sales stereo type.
My experience started with an internet search. When I did talk to the supposed used car sales manager/internet sales manager, he quoted me a price and the mileage of the vehicle I was interested in.
I made an appointment as a so called VIP customer. I emailed early in the day to change the time of my appointment reiterating the quoted vehicle, price and mileage.
I fully expected that the vehicle would be "sold" or the price quoted would have been a "Mistake".
Low and behold, both the price and mileage were different! Go figure:) The salesman was given my email 15 minutes before I arrived and knew I'd be upset. The price was $12,000 more and the mileage was 16,000 miles different.
Needless to say we left, with whatever anyone's stereotype of a used car scam/bait and switch, terrible customer service, waste of time you have, they fully exceeded. Well done Rockenbach team. I'd have preferred to write the owner, and will continue try to find his/her email address. I will be sure to let everyone I know to avoid this dealership as should you!
BUY AT ROCKENBACH CHEVROLET. This was a great over all experience. From the moment we waled in our experience at Rockenbach was better than we had expected. From the time we mert the sales professional to moment we walked out we we're treated excellent. They treat you like you are their only customer. Great customer service, these days that's hard to find. From sales, customer service, financing and service, everyone took care of you like you were their number one priority. I would reccomend Rockenbach Chevrolet to everyone.
Simple the best. This was a very honest dealership. They were the only dealer that honored their price.
Rockenbach Chevrolet a step above the rest.
I had called about a vehicle that I saw listed on-line. I spoke with Mike Kuhn who verified that the vehicle was still in stock.
I mentioned that I was on my way to see the vehicle. Mike had the vehicle washed before I got there. Mike then introduced me to Jorge Miranda, who was the sales person that would help me.
Jorge was very helpful and made the entire visit extremely pleasent. Jorge made sure to show all the options and features of the vehicle. Jorge also took time to explain some of the small perks that Rockenbach Chevrolet gives their customers. The visit was stress free and was quick and smooth.
I will defintely recommend both the dealership and Jorge Miranda to anyone that I know that is looking at purchasing a new Chevrolet or used vehicle.
Rockenbach Chevrolet is now my new dealer. I look forward to servicing my new car with them
Do not shop at this dealer!.
we bought a car there and they completely screwed us over from the beggining.hey switched the price on us, they were very rude. We completely regret buying the car from them and since there are some unclear issues we will take further steps to fix this problem, but we would like to share with other buyers our experience to avoid problems that others can run into with this dealership as well as we did.
Go to any other dealers and avoid ROCKENBACH CHEVROLET!!!
Rockenbach Chevrolet (Best Dealer).
I had my first experience with the service center at Rockenbach Chevy last Saturday (Oct 23). I brought my car in for the paint protection and rust proofing package I bought with the car.
So I bring my car in and let them know I’ll wait for it in the waiting room. I’d brought a book so it was no big deal to me if it took a little while. While in the waiting room Jorge Miranda, who sold me the car, seen me sitting there and stopped over to make sure everything was ok since he just sold me the car a week before. This was pretty cool since every past experience I've had with buying a new car, once the sale was made the salesman dropped into a black hole somewhere.
While in the waiting room, I read my book and paid attention to how the service people treated the other customers. Everyone I seen was treated very well.
One woman who only spoke Spanish was getting a price on new tires. She had her teenage son there translating for her. The service guy was very friendly to them and when they said they wanted to check around for other prices, he didn’t try and hard sell them into buying the tires then and there. He told them if they got a better price to let him know and he would see if he could at least match it.
There were several other incidents similar to the one with the Spanish woman. Every customer was treated with respect and seemed to walk away happy.
Unfortunately it was raining the day I brought my car in and they could not finish the rust proofing. So they told me they would give me a loaner car and finish my car Monday morning. I was 100% fine with that and told them I’d pick it up after work Monday at around 6.
While I was in the service center picking up my car, Jorge seen me and stopped over to tell me he just sent me an email to ask what happened since he saw my car was in the shop over the weekend. Now that is good customer service! Jorge recognized MY car from a sale he made over a week ago, he took the time to stop by and make sure everything was ok AND he sent an email to make sure everything was fine. That is above and beyond for a salesman who already made is commission and finished his job.
So I just leave the lot when I notice that about 30 miles were added to the odometer. I thought it kind of odd that so many miles were added but I wasn’t really concerned at all with it.
So I got home and remembered that Jorge had sent me an email earlier and decided to reply to him to ask about the extra miles on the car. Keep in mind that I wasn’t dissatisfied at all with the service I’d received. In fact I’ve been 100% satisfied with everything up to this point. Jorge replied to my email within an hour. The place they do the rust proofing is about 14 miles away from the dealership which explain everything.
If Jorge had not consistently put forth the effort to make sure that I was 100% satisfied I might have always wondered about those extra miles. But he did put forth that effort and I can’t say enough good things about him and Rockenbach Chevrolet. My only regret is I didn’t catch the names of the other people I dealt with in service.
120% satisfied with Jorge Miranda my salesman.
100% satisfied with Rockenbach service center.
110% satisfied with how courteous Rockenbach has been with me and everyone else I’ve seen.
If I continue to get this kind of service from the service center when I have issues with my car, there is no doubt I’ll be buying all my cars here from now on.
