Never disappointing

I've never had anything here that we didn't enjoy thoroughly. The ribs are excellent, the steaks very qood, and the center cut pork chops are to die for! Add to these the sides: au gratin potatoes that are nearly a meal in themselves, some of the best cole slaw we've ever had. The quantities are largedon't fill up on the snacks available while waiting for your table. They do not take reservations, but the wait is worth it.
- Pros: very good food, generous portions, good parking
- Cons: no reservations, wait time can be long

Better ribs elsewhere...

Carson's advertises itself as "the place for ribs" but there are better ribs elsewhere. Styling itself as a steakhouse specializing in ribs, Carson's does a decent job with both. However, for the price of the entrees, I expect more than simply "a decent job." Bottom Line: Good food, but not quite worth the price.

- Cons: Value, Overly traditional, Fussy children
