BEWARE.
In today's electronic age, Sullivan's is worthless. Why pay a TON of money for a hard copy of a directory book when the same information can be found for FREE through the Internet, ie., martindale hubbell, american bar association.
Sullivan's scams attorneys into thinking they confirmed being listed in the directory book, but if you call, they can never locate the confirmation. This is their way of sending the books (without authorization) and billing a ridiculous amount of $$$ for the books.
Dealing with Sullivan's customer service is worse ... they are rude and make every excuse in the book to get you to pay for the books.
Bottom line - use the Internet for attorney searches ... who uses Sullivan's anymore???
