AMAZING PLACE. I am so happy to have found such beautiful and loving place to take my furbaby to. I wanted to make sure this place was everything we would expect before i left any part of my family, so I went for a tour unannounced during a busy time. Boy was I surprised. Everyone was so organized, on their toes, and so welcoming to have us, not to mention making my little one feel at ease. I walked thru trying to find something wrong and walked out amazed. Even our furbaby wondered around like she owned the place. I think we struck gold when we found Tailwaggers Country Inn.…
MISLEADING AND BIGOTED. I have been taking my two dogs to this place for about 5 years. I noticed that Mudd (a very social dog) started off loving the idea of jumping into the van with the dogs to go here. However, each time he went, he became more and more apprehensive to get in. We asked about their experience. After being told that they play by themselves, we expressed some surprise because they love to play with dogs and that's why we brought them here. They then explained that they kept our dogs away from other dogs because our rescue dogs that we adopted from the SPCA happen to be a Chow Chow and an APBT. They said they understood that there was no problem with them and that they were friendly and that they've never had a problem with those breeds, but had been locking our dogs up so they would be away from the other dogs all these years, even though they had told us otherwise in those false "report cards" they give out. So, if you have a breed that some people like to stereotype, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. The staff is ignorant and clearly have accepted myths about breeds over facts. We were allowed to pay premium price while they gave our dogs terrible care. I saw them take Mudd out of his cage and he just looked very timid and scared until he saw me. Luckily, Mudd was able to communicate that he was not being treated well. Unfortunately, it's several years, and thousands of dollars too late. We have adopted two dogs that no one wanted to adopt because of ignorance. We just did not expect to find that same ignorance in a place that was supposed to have professionals.…
