Burnt eyebrows

The woman waxed my eyebrows unevenly and then slathered blue "cooling gel" on my eyebrows. The gel was extremely painful and felt as if it was burning my skin. My eyes were watering so much that I had tears running down my face. But worst of all is how they look right now! The man at the desk assured me that the redness would go away in 10-15 minutes, but even hours later they look horrible. They are not just red, but the skin around my eyebrows is raw and burnt. It looks like a second degree burn on my face!
I called them and they told me to go back and show them what happened. They would not tell me the brand of the cream or show me the ingredients. When I went back they did not offer me a refund but told me that my skin is too sensitive and that it will go away soon. Do Not Go Here!!!!

A great and affordable experience

This place is no frills and the staff very friendly. Natalie does do the best eye brow wax and it's only $8. The location is easy to find and the staff seems to have good English. Best of all, when I brought my daughter there for her birthday to get her nails painted, they treated her like a proncess. Just be warned you can not add a tip to a credit card payment.

Well, it's a no frills nail salon, but the people are super nice and super friendly. Go there once and they remember your name and always seem happy to see you. Natalie does phenomenal eyebrows- the best anywhere! And the nail techs are friendly and most of all-gentle!! I am a baby and hate getting my nails done, but they have been wonderful to me. For the price you pay for services, well worth it!!
