Don't waste your time.. Awful customer service. Stayed home from work 1/2 day as they said they would come between 12 and 5. Called at 3 to be sure we were still on, "oh yes." At 4 ish got a call that they had one more stop...at 4:30, message - "won't be coming, in fact, the issue you have (door hinge on washer) is something we shouldn't do anyway, not comfortable doing that" - How about being up front and telling me what you can and can't do. Wasted 1/2 day and worse, wasted time when I could have called a more reliable service. Don't bother calling them.
