“o2 uses principles of astanga and teaches a vinyasa-style yoga where classes are creative and fun and always geared to the varying levels of students in each class.”
“The teachers are really friendly, helpful, and patient.”
Overpriced for Overcrowded Class. I have been to two beginner classes at this studio. I usually take yoga at a local gym, and when I thought that I could try to take to the "next level," I decided to pay $14 for a single class at what I thought would be a more professional studio. The class was extremely overcrowded (mats touching) and the teacher did not thoroughly explain poses or provide any personal attention. I decided to give the studio the benefit of the doubt and attended a second class a couple months later. I had the same experience with another teacher. I will not return! Stick to the gym classes.…
My favorite Yoga Studio. I love this place. I've never had a bad teacher. I decided to take an Ashtanga class there two years ago on my first visit. It was also my first class after practicing at home for years. The teacher was so warm and encouraging and I've been going ever since. Not to pick favorites, but try to take a class with Elliot if you can. He has a great style and energy. My only complaint is that they are so good that their classes can get too full sometimes (nights and weekends) and it would be great if they could offer more classes during those times, but I'm really not sure how that works and I'm assuming it's easier said than done. Take a class there. You'll love it (I hope). Namaste…
02 is simply the best. Best yoga studio. I can't rave enough about it. I have been a member for about a year and I rarely walk away from a class feeling unfulfilled. The classes are challenging and tailored to experience. The instructors are kind, humble, and talented and vary the classes (in terms of progression of poses) excellently. They always remain for questions after the class. If you are just starting out with yoga I highly recommend this place - you are in good hands. Based on the ashtanga and power class student turn-outs, I can only deduce that goes for the advanced student too.…
best yoga studio is boston, clearly.. o2 yoga is the best yoga studio around. The classes are both challenging and peaceful. I have been practicing there for over a year, and o2 has allowed my practice to mature and develop dramatically over this past year. o2 uses principles of astanga and teaches a vinyasa-style yoga where classes are creative and fun and always geared to the varying levels of students in each class. When I first started practicing there, I was a bit anxious about trying something new, but the teachers at o2 made me feel completely comfortable. My experience at o2 has been 100% positive and is strongly recommended to anyone who wants to begin or build a strong physical and mental practice!…
