The owner Ryan is a great guy who seems to take pride in his business. I think he's a relatively new owner, so I give him props for offering a gym with a variety of options and hope he can make a few updates/improvements soon. Gym is just .25 miles from the Mall in the heart of the Boston Metro Technology Corridor, so no shortage of clients to draw from.

Best community feel I've seen in the gyms I've been a member of. Boxing and other classes is a huge plus. Staff is excellent and outgoing.

Empire Sports Club is a community. The staff is thoughtful, considerate, and vey good at making every member feel like part of a family. I really appreciate the focus on making this gym feel like a second home
