Would NOT recommend this dentist!. I went to Dr. Wu in Nashua after Dr. Porzio retired. I had been going to Dr. Porzio for over 20 years, and absolutely loved him and all his staff. I am completely unhappy with Dr. Wu's care. Every visit seems like a sales pitch for more dental services that I don't need. Plus, I think his turnover rate is very high for hygienists and receptionists, as almost the entire staff is different every six months that I go in for a cleaning. I would not be surprised, as I have heard him talking down and being very disrespectful to his employees on multiple occasions, even in front of patients! Last time I was in a had a new hygienist, which I was not notified of until I was in the chair. She seemed very inexperienced (although she was super nice), she scraped my teeth so hard I was in pain for the next 2 days, and took over an hour to do my cleaning! (Usually I am in and out in 30 minutes)

I am looking for a new dentist and will NOT be going back to Dr. Wu's office again.

Great dental care!. I disagree with these previous reviews!

My family and I have been patients at this dental office for about 4 years now. A while back, I chipped my tooth from a fall on a Friday night and was too embarrassed to go into work on Monday. I called Dr. Wu and left a message. He returned my call and he actually came into the office and fixed my tooth on a Sunday afternoon. I am pleased with all the dental care provided by Dr. Wu and his staff. Dr. Wu is knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain different treatment options (due to financial restraints.) The staff at this clinic are welcoming and friendly. No one likes to go to the dentist, but Dr. Wu is able to put me at ease and provides me with excellent dental care.

Avoid this dentist. I agree with everything ntrada wrote as I've had the same experience. Avoid this dentist at all costs

very bad experience. I saw Kerry Wu for the first time (recently moved to area), and he immediately told me that I needed thousands of dollars worth of dental work done. Other dentists had always told me when there were areas to watch, and waited to take action until they saw if it was getting worse. His recommendations were really extreme, including taking all my wisdom teeth out. I went to another dentist who said that the Kerry Wu treatment was very aggressive and she did not recommend most of what he did.

Then when I needed my full set of xrays, Kerry Wu's office charged me $35 to have them sent to the new dentist, although I had already paid to have them done. Apparently this is legal, although my new dentist said they do not charge for this service.

I wanted to warn others - do not waste your time with this dentist.
