Worst Business--will rip you off--run away

These people are cheats. No morals. They will do what ever to take your money. Give you all wrong info and get your money,once you get their money, thats it no response.

Just got cheated yesterday.Please make sure you tell all your friends

Unresponsive. I contacted them based on some recommendation. My travel involved going to Singapore and then to India. I promptly sent an e-mail with all the details of my travel. Nobody called me. I called them and they said somebody will call me in 45 minutes. After 2-3 hours, I called them again. Talked to a person named Ramesh. He never received my e-mail so I had to explain my itinerary. Once he heard Singapore, he said, they don't deal with Singapore airlines, 'thank you' and hung up!

I called them again and tried to talk to him. He said, send the detailed e-mail again with Attn: Ramesh in the title. Sent the e-mail. No response.

This is my experience. Hope it is useful to others who are planning to deal with this company.

Two thumbs up to Alanita Travel. I needed to go home to Delhi the soonest. I went to Alanita Travel to book my flight for Delhi only to find out that my credit card was expired. I did not have any cash with me. I was so glad that Alanita Travel accepts check payments. It was my only chance to purchase a ticket back home. Two thumbs up to Alanita Travel. You saved my day.

Great for small companies like ours!!. Our company has been transacting with Alanita Travel for over 4 years now. Alanita Travel is by far the best ticketing agency we've dealt with. Our bosses routinely require complex travel arrangements and Alanita gives us better fares than we can find anywhere on the internet. Just recently, we budgeted over $2500 for a scheduled business trip based on internet prices. Alanita was able to get the entire roundtrip ticket for only $1122. For a startup company like ours, that is the kind of savings that can really help us cost-cut our budget. Moreso, this agency accepts check payments. It is another plus factor why we stick it out with Alanita Travel.

NEVER BOOK TICKETS WITH ALANITA TRAVELS. If there was a negative rating, I would have given that.

You got to be really really lucky to deal with guys and not burn your hands. They offer you the best price when you request a quote.

But the headache starts once you confirm, irrespective of whose mistake any slight changes you make they charge $375/ticket + additional charges like fair difference etc...

Am sure you might have read other reviews, expect for those 1 or 2 reviews am sure Alanita travels might have added those, every one has a bad review... Just think about it...

Best price !. I am booking my tickets through alanita travel for almost 6 years now. Before I book my tickets, I always compare the price with other agents and believe me alanita travel always offer the cheapest price. The one thing that I have noted is sometimes it takes like 4 hours for them to call you back. With the cost they offer I don't really care about the call back delay. Their agents are very helpful and cordial.

I don't understand why there are negative reviews about alanita travel. I am wondering whether it was done on purpose by their competitors?

Alanita Travel ........tickets to India at low rates. I am very surprised to read these reviews. I have done business with Alanita Travel for many years and have not had any issues. They have always given the lowest prices and good service. I recommend them to all my friends.

ANITA OWNER CHEATER. Never buy tickets from alanita travel agency

Anita she is the owner but very irrisponsible,i called and told agent i need to speak with her regarding my paper tickets ,which i didnot received in mails .After a week waiting to speak with her agents tell me she is very busy.she did not mailing my tickets and kept saying she did a lier .God may i day punish her.NEVER BUY TICKETS WITH HER.OR SHE WILL CHEAT YOU ONE DAY.

Crooks, Never buy tickets from Alanita. These guys are cheats, never buy tickets from them. I purchased a ticket that I had to unfortunately get canceled. I talked to the agent at Alanita who told me that for a certain fee, I can get complete refund. This information turned to be completely false as the airlines did not issue a complete refund and took out their own charges. Alanita made money by giving false information to me. When I tried contacting the agency, the agents were totally not helpful and did not provide a response to the false information.

I have also heard that this agency is involved in stealing credit card information. Keep away from them . These guys are not worth the trouble of identity theft or with the false information on your tickets.
