Great Customer Service. I ordered a meter and had it shipped to my home. The meter was stolen off my front porch. I called Test Equipment Depot and they were very friendly and shipped me another meter right away. I am very happy with there customer service and would order from them again.

The only place for quality test equipment. I was extremely pleased with my first Test Equipment Depot experience. They didn't have the light meter I was looking at in stock, but they ordered it for me immediately. Not only did they order it, but they recommened several alternative models that would be instantly available. If you're looking for any kind of test equipment or common hand tools, I believe it would be difficult to top Test Equipment Depot.

Great price and product--shipped fast. My old Tek scope finally died and I needed a new one. Did a quick search around and found these guys. They had a good site and the prices were good. The scope came faster then expected. Highly recommend this company

Friendly and helpful. Trying to buy gifts for my grown up sons is never easy but the staff at Test Equipment Depot were patient and very helpful. I'll definately go back to them again. I had no problems with the delivery of my order.

Disappointed. Buyer be ware

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company lack of service. I placed an order for a pumping heart model and and a model on a stand. The order was placed on May 20th. I paid extra to have the items shipped within three days. I called on the 25th to track the order and was informed that there was a delay in the shipment from the warehouse to the company; and that it would be sent to me three days from now. That would be the 28th. This is unsatisfactory.

I was told that an email and a call was sent out to advise me of the delay. Well I can assure you that neither happened.

The items were for my six-year-old daughter's science project due on the 26th. Well, thanks to Test Equipment Depot it doesn't look like her project is going to happen the way we planned it.

I purchased these items from this company due to the high and positive ratings. I regret my choice now. I've written this review to warn others of their inability to keep their end of a simple transaction. Thanks for the screw job.

Super fast service. Was confused about what I needed, and called. They were knowledgable and got me just what I needed. I received it sooner than expected, with no issues. I will continue to do business with them.

Awesome Service!. I had been on the market for a new multimeter. After I googled around a bit I decided on the Fluke 233. Test Equipment Depot had a good price and free shipping. The meter came right away. I will shop here again.

Test Equipment Depot is terrible!. I bought this product from tech equipment depot. This product and, especially, this company is terrible! The item came without the manual, the package wasn't sealed, the battery (supposedly good for a year)died after 2 1/2 days, and the data couldn't be uploaded to my computer even though the software loaded without issue. I bought this product to take temperature readings for tenants complaining of heating issues to our renters association. We have a short window of time to take readings before city ordinance allows the heat to be shut off. I asked for an immediate replacement to be rushed to me and they sent it in the mail (due tomorrow) today and charged my bank account again without even getting my permission for the charge! 9 minutes after they told me they "would be sending it in the mail) I had sent them an email to verify there would be no other charges, and they sent it in the mail and charged me before I even received a reply back!!! Now, I'm just waiting to see how this plays out. If the replacement works, I'll send just the original item back and make sure they refund the additional charges. I have a responsibility to the tenants who come to us for help. (By the way, you only get 5 DAYS to return anything!!!)
