Clueless in Dartland

So there we were, a couple of dart know-nothings walking into this premier dart shop. We didn't know what to expect. And what we got was Tony ! Tony listened (how many do that ?) then he sized up our situation and steered us towards just what we needed. Tony just seems to love what he does and he took the time to gave us a fascinating look into the world of darts. The D.A.M. Dart Depot provides the best to the most talented. But don't let that intimidate you ! It also provided terrific results for us - who were clueless ! Thanks, Tony.

YOU WANT DAHTS, YOU GOT DAHTS!

I MEAN TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT A TOP NOTCH LEVEL!! NEVER IN MY LIFE, HAVE I EVER BEEN IN A POSITION TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BOAST ABOUT A STORE, BUT THE D.A.M. DART DEPOT HAS EVERY ANSWER YOU EVEN WERE THINKING ABOUT ANSWERING. FRIENDLY, TYPICAL BOSTONIANS THAT CAN GET YOU LAUGHING AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT, BUT REFUSE TO LET YOU LEAVE UNSATISFIED! THEY TAKE THE TIME OUT TO EXPLAIN EVERY LITTLE DETAIL..WHETHER YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED DART THROWER, OR A ROOKIE LIKE MYSELF, MAKE YOUR WAY INTO THE DEPOT, YOU WILL NOT, I REPEAT WILL NOT LEAVE UNHAPPY!!!

The best shopping experience I have EVER had

I recently started playing darts about a month ago at a friend's place and various bars around town. I was tired of getting my ass kicked so I decided to go to a store an purchase some equipment and a board of my own. I have lived in Revere my entire life and driven by this place thousands of times, but it wasn't until last night that I actually went in the place. I called the store from work and right away Tony was very friendly and personable and we spoke for about 5 minutes and before I hung up, Tony got my name. 8 hours later when I went into the store he said, "Oh, you must be Chris!". From that point on, Tony coached me and let me throw a variety of darts, well past closing time. Unfortunately, I had to leave to tend to some issues, and didn't actually purchase any darts, but I will be returning this weekend to finish what we started! From the second I called Tony on the phone to the moment I left, Tony made me feel like a life-long friend. The coaching, the tips, selection, knowledge, atmosphere, staff, and conversation are all top-notch. I will never go anywhere else ever again! If you have any interest in darts what-so-ever, you MUST go to this store, even if it's 3 hours away!

I'm a 24 year old guy and never in my life have I experienced anything like the DAM Dart Depot.

I imagine this was how most stores were run back in the 50's. Its a small shop, but has everything you need, that being Tony. The man is one of the nicest and most sincere sales people I've ever had the pleasure of coming across. Not once did I feel like he was pushing anything on me. He let me try different darts and actually started teaching me.

I spent nearly two hours in the store and over that time my throw was improved immensely. By a shop owner! I couldn't believe how genuine he was.

On top of all that, his prices art only competitive, they're the best around.

If you have dart needs make sure you go see Tony at the DAM Dart Depot. I know I'll be going back for years to come.
