I love my 2006 Dakota and I love service from NashvilleDodge. My truck is amazing ! I was sent in to buy my Dakota from Mr Trivigno he is the manager there or was there I just went to service and he is not there any longer .

I like the dealership and I will come back my father has bought many trucks from Mike Trivigno .

great service when I bought my Challenger from Mike Trivigno. I love the gary mathew Nashville dodge store and I miss Mike Trivigno General Manger he always taken the time to talk to me and always was trying to sell me a new vehicle. Mike Trivigno is the reason why I come back here . Mike Trivigno was sincere Mike trivigno was polite and respected my family . I never delbt with a sales manager that went out and talk to everybody like he did . Mike Trivigo was not stuck behind a wall you could not talk to he was always everywhere . I had problem in service he gave me a hat and a oil change .

I love my Caravan I bought from Nashville CJD Mike Trivigno. I love my Caravan from Nashville Chrysler and Gary Mathews but I miss my friend the general manager Mike Trivigno . I guess he started he own company . I still love going to Gary Mathews for service..

Mike Trivigno Nashville Dodge / Gary Mathews. I am glad to see Nashville Dodge open up again !! I bought many cars from Mike Trivigno the Gm at the time !!! He was a great guy and he always kept his word !!! I went their after he resign and delbt with a guy William Hockit he was rude and had no time for me !!! Mike Trivigno always took his time to deal with our family needs !!! I will try Gary Mathews now and see if the service is as good as when Mike Trivigno was there .

Michael Trivigno Great guy My family bought 8 cars from Mik. I met Mike at Nashville Dodge back april 2008 right before he left to work for South East Chrysler. My family and I bought many cars from him . He treated us with respect and kindness . He was always a man of his word. We also followed him to South East to buy cars also.

Mike Trivigno Nashville Dodge General manager is a class act. When he was the GM of the Nashville Dodge it was a pleasant place to do business !!Service department was excellent and the sales staff was professional. After he left the dealership went down and now it is out of business. I will only buy from Mike Trivigno no matter where he might be !!! God Bless Michael where ever you might be !!!

Bad Service terrible !!. We Brought our jeep in for problems with the gauges on the dash and that the battery was not charging.

First they said the battery was not talking to the computer... claiming a bad cell.

however the battery bench tested fine three days before and a week before that.

Then Quomi said the "oil gauge was not reading right due to bad oil and the screen needed to be cleaned. They did a flush and changed the oil and the oil pressure sensor.

When I called him on What does an oil change have to do with the computer problem he was supposed to be diagnosing he said " Apples and oranges .... when the oil is loosing viscosity the gauge will not read correctly and will drop out....."

then recommended a "trans fuel induction service."

on the invoice it came up as a transmission flush and a fuel system cleaning$$.

Quomi said he would email me the estimates and problems as found.

He did not.

We Are completely unsatisfied!!

TOOK MY 06 RAM FOR OIL CHANGE AND THEY LOST MY TRUCK TOOK IT TO THE AUCTION. DROPED IT OFF THAT MORNING CAME BACK THAT AFTERNOON AND IT WAS GONE THEY LOOKED AROUND FOR AWHILE AND FINALY TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN MISTAKEINGLY BEEN TO TO BE SOLD AND THEY COULD NOT GET IT BACK TILL MONDAY THIS WAS ON FRIDAY SO THEY RENTED ME A CAR AND SAID FOR THE MISTAKE THE WOULD CLEAN THE TRUCK UP THE OUT SIDE LOOKED GOOD THEY LEFT THE CARPET WET AND NOW IT SMELLS LIKE AN OLD MOP BUCKET

WHEN I GOT THE TRUCK BACK ALL MY CDS WERE GONE AND SOME OTHER THINGS

THEY SAID THEY HAD GOT ME A CAR AND CLEANED MINE AND THAT WAS THAT

I WISH I HAD NOT LET THEM CLEAN IT SO IM OUT MY CDS AND MY TRUCK STINKS

Largest selection , full disclosure , 5 star dealer !! admistration fee 599 but worth the excellent service !!! they gave me more for the trade then any other dealer!! will go back and do business again !!! now they have all three franchises !!! dodge chrysler jeep

Nice Car From Nice Dealership. I just bought a new ram 1500 last week. I was pleaseantly surprised by the way i was treated from my salesman. At first look, he was a short, red headed irishman with a latino last name. I have never seen a red-headed boy with the last name: Rodriguez. He made me smile from the time he inroduced himself till the time he handed me the keys to my new truck. The highlight being when he couldnt reach the pedals on the test drive because he was so short. LOL The manager even came out and shook my hand when he congradulated me on my new truck. I met the service manager and I believe he was sincere when he told me he would take care of my truck just like it was his own. Overall, I had a great experience while I was there. I dont dread going back for oil changes and my perception of car dealerships has changed. Buying a car can be fun!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go to Nashville Dodge. Just ask for the short, red-headed guy..........
