Not very friendly. Go to Starbucks everyday, mostly this one. I have consistantly noticed that the help isn't as friendly at this particular Starbucks. For some reason, they also don't make their specialty drinks as well as some of the others. Maybe it is because of a lack of training. I order the same thing everytime, never anything diferent so I know what it should be like. I order my drinks "dry", a term that they taught me to use, but never get them that way, even though they call them back to me that way, they are no different than if I don't order them "dry" I consistantly have to have them remake my drinks for me. I just want what I ask for and I never get it here.
