Disappointing at best. I think this shop is surviving on location and not on it's service or quality of product. I loved the feel of the shop when I first walked in, but I browsed for over 15 minutes before anyone greeted me, and even then, it was because I stood waiting at the counter.

I was there to get a ring that had been purchased there as my engagement ring sized. The ring was labeled sterling silver, and when I got it back ten days later, it turned my finger green within two days. Turns out, it had been poorly plated over a base metal. My fiance doesn't know much about jewelry, so I'm mainly disappointed that Robin made no effort to tell me that it was plated or mislabeled (the original band appeared to have the 925 on it, but it was small so it may have been a flaw in the metal). She certainly did try to get me buy a more expensive setting, but it was a hard sell and not good customer service. The constant delays were also irritating.

I'm pretty bummed with my entire experience, particularly because they have lots of reasonably priced, locally made jewelry there, and I could have seen myself spending plenty of money there over the years. As it is, I won't set foot in there again. I work in retail in a custom industry, so I don't have patience for bad service or disingenuous salesmanship.

While it is great that she adopts out kitties, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

AMAZING!!!. The people at Natural Selection have always been great and helpful. I took an engagement ring that was a family heirloom there that needed repair. They gave me the best estimate by far, so i took it to them to get repaired.

So a year later, a few days before the wedding, the stone fell out and was lost. They replaced the stone and had repairs done immediately and charged us nothing! They are so awesome! And I would recommend it to anyone with Jewelry needs!
