Poor Custmer Service. we called in a Delivery order a hour later we called to see why we didnt have the pizzas yet the manager tells us that her Slow delivery driver was working and there was nothing she could do the driver showed up and was very rude we refused the pizza it was COLD we called the manager to let her know she said she didnt care and was very rude again we will never use them again they just lost a long time custmer because of very rude employees.

Terrible service. Pricey.. Called in an order for Annie's (Rockford Lane) and was told 45 min. del. Over an hour and half later, no delivery. Called manager who was very rude and was told she would recall the driver and give me a refund and then she hung up on me. I then phoned the manager at the flagship location (Portland) who was also rude and could give no satisfaction. You would think a family-owned business would provide better customer service. I will NEVER purchase from them again!!!!!
