ULTRA BAD EXPERIENCE.
I had the very unfortunate experience at ULTRA TAN! (Spring Hurst) I had a membership shared package from EASY TAN in Holiday Manor. The lady who owned it-closed and sent US a letter to go to ULTRA TAN and they would honor our package.
The first time I go, not a problem. My husband goes, not a problem. Then 29 September,
I go again. I want to tan, Friday- relax; go to my Jazz class.I am met by an unhappy girl/woman! She asked my name, I told her. She said NO! We do not share minutes here, we do not do business this way-I have to call my manager. She picks up the phone-I have a seat, embarrassedand wait. She says to HER manager-I can not believe this We do not share minutesblah ,blah, yada yada. I felt sorry for her!
ALL she had to do even if the policy was so, EVEN if someone made a mistake, the idea of her job is to provide GOOD customer service to a potential member! Solve the issue later. She was rude. The manager never stood up for the customer-if he/she did I did not know about this because she was so adamant about the SHARED minute thing. While I was waiting she did provide good customer service to her husband, who even got special suntan lotion provided from behind the desk, and a nice smile! Anyway, I would have to say ULTRA BAD very, very BAD!
