Your business needs to work on their
customer service. I stopped in to get my child's hair cut and was turned away because they were getting ready to go to lunch. Granted, I did not have an appointment. But, they open at 10am. Do they really need to take lunch at 12:30 and do they all need to go at the same time? There is no sign on the door saying that they close during this time. The stylists are are always great, but the reception needs some training in customer service.
