Not as Good as it Once was.. Birthday dinner reservation; twelve diners. Call made three days in advance and confirmed day of event. Arrived @ 6:55 ish for a 7pm reservation. Seated at a thrown together seating arrangement(one 6 seater booth, a table for two and a round table for eight) about fifteen minutes later. If you can't support a party that large don't take the reservation. Service was somewhat slow but to be expected for that time period. One waiter to take care of all twelve of us plus his other tables(2 or 3) and then the restaurant has the audacity to include a "gratuity" on each check. Never saw that marketing plan in my curriculum for my business degree. Actually the quality of the steaks has changed from what I remember. Guess it just a sign of the times. Can't really say you get what you pay for anymore......

Service. The food is what you expect from Outback but the service at this location is great, prompt seating,call ahead, or to go. Very pleased
