Wegman's sub shop.
Let me start by saying Wegman's makes a very good sub and they have a lot of choices. On January 25th me and my family went in for dinner around 7:10 PM. The food as always was good but the service was less than desired. It seemed as though it was a hassle for the workers to wait on us. We stood there waiting to order for what seemed like 10 minutes before they finally asked rudely if they could help us. Then both workers just seemed to have an attitude there. I very rarely send complaints when i have bad experiences but felt the need to on this occasion. Now I was not looking for anything other than letting Wegman's know that they need to look at how there workers in the sub shop were treating people and the first thing they want to do is give me something for free. I got what I's had paid for and just was letting them know of the situation. Did not want to see anyone fired just let them know you dont treat people this way. I shop at Wegman's only when I have no other choice (other workers have always been friendly). I will never get sandwichs again though from the sub shop.
