Grant Fastabend. Went looking for a used F-150 with my Mom at Broadway Ford. Just when we were going to leave...Out came Grant Fastabend. Before we new it I was test driving a really nice used 06. Really wanted it but Dad said it was to much money for my first truck. So as the week went by, Grant called us again for he had found 2-F-150's for me to look at. So back we go, I really liked them both. chose the one with the Awsome sound system....all leather...Moon roof..Wow I was so excited. We made the deal. Grant is the kind of sales guys who likes what he does. He's straight forward,very personable, & no's his cars & trucks.We advise you to go see Grant if your looking to buy. Thanks Grant!

Sem Cruz did a great job!. went in looking for a used car and sem cruz helped me get into the perfect car at a great price! I went in not really knowing what kind of car i wanted but he really helped me out alot. he was very patient and not at all pushy!!! He is definitely the person to go to if you want to get a good car or truck at a great price!

broadway ford in idaho falls was an easy experience. We needed to find an inexpensive, good clean small suv in good working order . I drove through the lot and got out to look at one that caught my eye and w/in a few minutes Tim approached me and asked if I had any questions. We chatted for a few minutes but as usual I didn't have much time so I said I had to get back home with the full gas cans for my husband's backhoe. He suggested I take the suv even w/ the gas cans. So that's what I did and had the vehicle for about 2 hours. When I brought it back I didn't receive any high pressure sales but Tim politely said to call him if I had any other questions. Several days later I went back for another test drive and to take it to my mechanic for inspection. I had it most of the day. My mechanic said it had a lot going for it but it needed a few belts and things like that. I returned it and once again I had only a few minutes to spare. Tim asked me what I would pay for the vehicle and I told him what my offer would be (which was well below asking price) He checked w/ his superior and came back with an offer just a little more than mine...so I accepted. He let me take the vehicle home with me immediately and we would then do the financing and paperwork days later. Everyone there was friendly and courteous and absolutely no cars sales pressures. Tim is a nice down to earth person whom I would do business with again. I also met the owner of Broadway Ford and had a nice converstaion with him and was very impressed with him as well. I was happy how easy and affordable it was to do business at Broadway Ford.

Jay. He's your man !!!!. Jay Smith at boradway ford was very helpful and professional to deal with when we bought our recent Ford vehicle. He was great after stepping in for another salesman that had left us hanging!! He kept us informed and was always willing to answer questions
