I received treatment (IUI) in early fall. 1st complaint: I went to get my HSG test and was told that my Dr. put on my patient profile that I had an ectopic pregnancy. Why was I not told this? 2nd: The Dr. never told me before I went to have my IUI procedure that my HSG test revealed that I have a blocked tube. I had to ask her myself what my results were. 3rd: The staff was very cold and not personable, including the Dr. that was "caring" for me. I will be using Shady Grove, I have heard rave reviews and know a few people that conceived through them.

We have been disappointed with their service. Although the physician has a lot of experience in the field, we had no success with repeated attempts .. and we were encouraged to continue treatment.

It is a great business about making money ..... Stay away if you have other options….

One of colleagues at work went to Baltimore after not having any success with the Fertility Center in York. They were successful in having a baby boy.

Overall would not recommend.. They always say, state the positive first then the negative.

Without a doubt the doctor has experience and a lot of knowledge in this field.

However, it is a business and that is what they are all about. Their number one is not about the patient and unborn child it is all about making money.

I understand any medical office needs to make money to continue, however, you should not be clear to see.

I would recommend a center that puts patients and the baby you are trying so hard to concieve first.

highly reccomended. My partner and I have known for years that we wanted to have a family. The time came to get started and we were refered to the Fertility Center by a friend. They are amazing. They are very easy to talk to and explain everything they do. We have seen both doctors. I would highly recomend them to anyone with any sort of infertility.

A great practice. When I had to go see a Fertility Specialist I was upset & hopeless. Once meeting with Dr. Filer I felt like there is hope that we will have another child. He was very kind, knowledgable, understand, listened & agressive. I had a Ob/Gyn that was not agressive & made me feel like this is in my head. Before I went to the Fertility Center I was questioning myself. Was this really the next step or should I continue on our own to get pregnant? Once I met Dr. Filer & his staff I knew I was doing the right thing. The staff @ the Fertility Center LLC are kind & understanding to your needs. I HIGHLY reccommend anyone who has infertility issue to please contact the Fertility Center LLC. You are in good hands with them
